Award-winning apprenticeships
Since its very beginnings, HAUSER has been training young talent and thus investing in the skilled workforce of the future. Many of our employees began their careers with an apprenticeship at HAUSER and can now look back on a successful career path at our company, some of them progressing all the way up to management.
Every year, 10-15 apprentices embark on their careers at HAUSER, making our company the largest vocational training company for refrigeration technology in Austria. At present, we have 54 (2020: 46 AT + 4 DE + 4 CH) apprentices completing their training with us. They are given excellent, practice-oriented specialist training with promising prospects in the following trades: refrigeration systems engineer, electrical engineer, dual apprenticeship refrigeration + electrical engineer, design engineer, technical draftsperson, office assistant, industrial clerk, business logistics clerk. The high quality of our apprenticeship programme is reflected in our numerous awards and victories in apprentice competitions.
