From a family business to a successful international corporation
The HAUSER family’s business journey began 75 years ago when graduate engineer Rudolf Hauser first set out to pursue a career in refrigeration technology and the construction of refrigerated cabinets. Since then, the company has grown from a small craft enterprise into an international corporation. HAUSER has recently been ranked 127th among the 250 largest industrial companies in Austria. Our growth has also been impressively apparent in the number of employees, especially in recent years: in 2015, we had only 700 employees, while today, just six years later, the HAUSER Group already has a workforce of 1,200.
As we continue to make advances in providing our customers with optimum individual solutions for freshness and set the course for further growth, it is important to focus on our core values – reliable, solution-oriented, cooperative, courageous and future-oriented. Staying true to our values also gives us a competitive edge at a time when business ethics are becoming ever more important, and this is ultimately reflected in our sales figures. The HAUSER Group currently generates sales of 312 million euros in 15 countries.
