Job profile
On the electrical engineer specialising in plant and industrial engineering apprenticeship, you will learn the following skills:
- Installing, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of electrical machinery and equipment, plant-specific systems and HVAC systems
- Recording technical data and creating technical documentation
- Working in accordance with the relevant rules, guidelines, safety regulations, and environmental and quality standards
- Identifying and resolving faults and failures affecting electrical machinery and equipment, plant-specific systems and HVAC systems
If you do a dual apprenticeship combining this with refrigeration systems engineer training, your apprenticeship will last for four years.
